Next, we looked at exercise. Exercise helps our bodies get stronger and gives them energy. Exercise also makes us happier. There are many types of exercise that we can do. There are many exercises that you can do, including running, swimming or dancing. You can also lift weights and play sports. Yoga is another option to increase strength. Yoga is an excellent exercise because it improves flexibility and breathing. It is important to avoid junk food, and drink lots of water, if we wish to lose weight.
